The Club is registered with the Bowls Federation de Andalucia and will be managed in accordance with the Statutes. A complete copy can be seen on request. The following is a brief summary.
Statutes and Management
The club is a member’s club and a committee duly appointed at the Annual general meeting will manage its affairs.
Membership
- Membership shall be open to any person completing an application form and paying the current subscription / joining fee, subject to the relevant approval.
- There shall be four types of members.
- Full Members
- Subscribers and Collaborators
- Sports People
- Technicians
Financial
The committee shall control the financial affairs of the club.
Dissolutions
- If at any meeting of the club a resolution be passed calling for the dissolution of the club, the club secretary shall immediately convene a Special Meeting of all the club members to be held not later than one month thereafter to discuss and vote on the resolution.
- If at that Special Meeting the resolution is passed by at least two thirds of the members present, the committee shall at such a date specified in that resolution proceed to realize the assets of the club and discharge all debts and liabilities of the club.
