Election of New President and Committee

The election will be held at the Annual General Meeting.
To be elected to the committee it is necessary to have been a member of the club for 1 year and to be either Spanish or resident in Spain. The committee consists of 5 members:
President, Vice – President, Secretary , Treasurer & Vocal Member

Other club members may be asked by the committee to carry out particular functions – organising competitions, social events etc. but they are not elected.

Nominations must be received by the Secretary by 11th January and each nomination should be signed by the nominee, the proposer and seconder.
I will put a notice up on the board inside the storeroom for members who would like to be nominated to declare an interest.
